ROTOMARK’S FLUID BED DRYER is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit.

The fresh air is heated by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & Creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying.

Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.

• The Ointment Manufacturing machine consists of a set of equipments designed for ointments, gels, creams and lotions for capacities ranging from 5 kg to 1000 kg.

• Ointment Manufacturing Plants process homogenization of semi solid with liquid components to produce ointments, creams, lotions & gels. There are three different vessels for
  individual operations connected with each other through pipelines & valves to process as one complete automatic ointment manufacturing plant. Water phase vessel heated the
  water, oil phase vessel melted the jelly or wax into liquid state and manufacturing vessel perform blending operations of all the available ingredients. Bottom and top entry
  agitators onto vessel provided for homogeneous blending. Further high speed chopper provided at bottom of manufacturing vessel for high shear mixing operations.

Multi-Column Distillation Plant is based on FINN-AQUA design. It consists of specially designed columns that make optimum use of interstage heat exchange (Multi-effect distillation method) to produce pure pyrogen-free sterile distilled water for injectables as per IP/BP specification. The vapor with high velocity and under pressure passes over a SPECIALLY DESIGNED SPIRAL BAFFLE system, which develops tremendous centrifugal force and eliminates any chances of pyrogens carrying over in the vapors.

 To industries where 100% pure Pyrogen – free water-for injection plays a role, Multicolumn Distillation Plant is the perfect solution. Available in capacities ranging, the Multicolumn Distilled plant is used for its economy, low maintenance, and low operation costs.

 By the Multi-Effect Distillation method, significant energy (75% approx.) is saved compared to the conventional method. All contact parts are made out of AISI 316 quality stainless steel and mirror polished. All pipes and tubes are virtually seamless.

CONSTRUCTION :

The Sterilizer is normally suitable to operate in temperature range of 160°C-180°C to 250°C/270°C.

The chamber is constructed for stainless steel 316 is having taper to achieve proper air circulation in sterilizer.
All inside contact parts are of stainless steel.

The chamber has Glass Wool insulation & it is covered with Stainless Steel Outer Cover.
This will reduce external unit temperature.

TERILIZER ARE DESIGNED IN TWO DIFFERENT TYPES :
"SWS" type where treatment is carried out with forced Superheated Water circulation with spray distribution system

CONSTRUCTION :

The chamber is of round cross-section constructed of heavy duty stainless steel 316L/316Ti to withstand pressure of 3 Kg/em. It is insulated with Two rails are provided in the chamber bottom for easy loading & unloading of the material on Carriage.

The Sterilizer is supplied with single door or double doors made of 304/316 S.5. The doors are either manually operated Hinged type or having automatic electromechanical type sliding arrangement.

The Unit along with various accessories & piping is supported with Frame designed for proper load distribution on floor.
